The online assessment was odd so be prepared. There are some scheduling questions, math/calculation questions, logics. Most of these can be done using a calculator and reading the graph, chart. There are grids asking about staff/patient ratios that you have to interpret. This section is timed and the questions are not always clear. You have enough time (I finished with 20 mins to spare), so think, breathe and go slowly. There is a timer. The next set of questions are behavioral: how do you make decisions, are you a leader/follower, are you a team player etc. For these the "desired" answers are pretty obvious.

I responded that the interview was easy because I was allowed to speak passionately about my interest in the role, my experience, and why I chose to pursue an opportunity at FMC. Most importantly, the group interview was handled extremely professionally by the panel interviews. I was able to determine by the behavioral questions that the interviewers were interested in earnestly finding the best fit! The interviewers also responded to my question about why they chose to work at FMC passionately. I could tell that they each enjoyed working at FMC even though they could work anywhere else that they remain at FMC because it is truly a great place to work for! This was exhilarating for me!

I answered the questions honestly and provided examples of how I have handled similar situations in past. At times I felt that my examples were too long, but the interviewers encouraged me to provide details which was reassuring. Again a great interview with great people. Less

I was told much later that they were looking for someone who truly cares about the success of their team and desires to develop teammates to take the next step. As well, they was someone who can mentor but still remain the "fearless leader" while avoiding any form of favoritism, or perception thereof! Less
