Our products and services include Voice of Customer (VoC), Social Reviews and Advocacy, Employee Engagement, Support, and Consulting. We are the leading VoC vendor for the food services, retail, and contact center industries, with deep domain expertise in B2B, healthcare, hospitality, and numerous others. InMoment packages our products and services to address your industry’s specific needs.
In September 2013, Mindshare Technologies, the leading cloud-based Voice of Customer (VoC) vendor, acquired Empathica, a leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) programs. The coming together of these two organizations—with nearly a quarter century of combined experience and complementary expertise—brought new value to our clients and a unique approach to the customer experience industry.
In June 2014, Mindshare and Empathica communicated this value by uniting the companies under a new corporate entity: InMoment. InMoment is a global company with more than 300 employees, serving 350 brands across 25 industries in 128 countries. We’ve gathered 350 million surveys in our combined history, 85 million in 2013 alone. For us, InMoment is more than a name—it’s a promise to our clients and a declaration of a fundamental understanding of why we do what we do: to optimize the customer experience, because good experiences translate to better business.
We are uncomplicated, streamlined, clean, and uncluttered. Everything we do has a purpose—there is no need for excess.
We are not afraid to stand out, to be different, to challenge the status quo. We are courageous in our approach.
We believe in doing things better and in making things better. We are constantly looking for ways to improve.
We believe business is personal, and our people-centric approach sets us apart. Human connection is at the heart of who we are and what we do.
We take pride in what we do; in not only finishing what we start but also in exceeding expectations. We are part of our clients’ success.
We love our employees and do what we can to help keep them happy and healthy. Whether you’re in our U.S., Canada, or U.K. offices, InMoment provides competitive salaries, generous benefits and a culture that’s more professional than your average party, but more party than your average profession.

Nothing, it's great thus far
I applied online. I interviewed at InMoment (Murray, UT).
I applied online. I initially had a phone screening for about 30 minutes. I met with some senior leadership about a week later, and the day after with the head of the Operations department. A little out of the norm, I was extended an offer about two weeks later while evaluating a competing offer.
