I worked at CCMSI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and hours. Sometimes there was the potential for overtime, but very rarely.

    Cons

Full time is only 37.5 hours weekly. This is because you are made to take 2 unpaid 15 minute breaks in addition to lunch.

    Pros

This was a great working environment with good benefits and long-term prospects.

    Cons

If you are a part-time employee, there may not be many opportunities to move up within the company.

I worked at CCMSI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The paid time off. There is no other Pro to this company. Applicants beware. Only accept a job at this place if you are facing homelessness.

    Cons

Your bathroom breaks will be literally timed. The salary is at the lowest in the industry. The employees are not friendly. And there I no diversity.

    Advice to Management

Try to hire some employees of color. Learn how to manage people. Learn how to actually speak to people.

I have been working at CCMSI full-time

    Pros

Not only is there plenty of PTO, but the availability to Flex every week (minus holidays, or office events) but the availability to work from home if you are not flexing, twice a week. Every year in Oct we all get raises, in addition to 1 bonus if its all done it time, you might get it before thanksgiving, after all the reviews are done

    Cons

Really enjoyed working here at the beginning, but it slowly went down hill from there. No matter what I was doing or had a comment on something I was always in the wrong because I was the newest hire, youngest at that time and this was my first "big job" No only was there favoritism in the Scottsdale office but also a very big turn over as far as adjusters go. Assistants seem to have stayed the same since I have been hired. They have mentioned repeatedly the "core values" and as far as I am concerned this office does not follow them what so ever.
A new hire could see the drama of the office working less then a month.

    Advice to Management

Get feedback from associates more and fix the favoritism in this office

    Pros

No supervision. Great job for slackers.

    Cons

Worst management ever; This is a company for poor performers; Supervisor and managers' diaries are so far behind they can't call you out for yours, but that doesn't stop the hypocrisy. Lots of "play time." Absolutely no customer focus. Blatant favoritism, which will get you lower caseloads. So much corporate bureaucracy for such a small company. They profess "low caseloads" on their website. Not sure if 180 - 190 is considered "low" at any company. Be prepared to clean up others' messes when they don't do their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Where is honesty, integrity and concern for the customer? Why do you pick and choose which company policy to apply, and to which employees you apply them to? You should review and rate employees based on their performance, not because you are related, friends, or connected on Facebook.
