Pros
Amazing culture! The individuals that work here are by far the most honest, humble, and sincere people that I have ever worked with as a professional. Leadership is always looking for ways to improve the company. Investment into employees is top-notch.

Delta Defense sells insurance they’re not allowed to sell and a company culture that they don’t really follow
Nov 25, 2022 - Account ExecutiveRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Will pay for you to get your insurance license - has (albeit to really low levels) 401k matching, insurance, and employee perks
Cons
- fake “Company Culture”; they don’t really live the way they advertise themselves - $250,000+ claim is only achieved by 5 account executives and their territories in the company. The other 115 Account Executives have no hope of seeing money like that. An absolute lie. - their product and services cannot be sold in all 50 states currently and is constantly facing legal trouble for their false claims and poor business practices - CEO and executive team are more focused on money and frequently try to avoid paying Account Executives their bonuses if there’s a loophole possible - Beware of their lies and poor hiring practices; they have a revolving door of Account Executives because they don’t hire on substance - the worst work life balance that I’ve ever been a part of

The company's mission is worthwhile.
Cons
Arrogant and Insecure Managers. Treat you like meat. As soon as I found another job, I quit.

Great company
Nov 7, 2022 - Customer Service Representative (CSR)RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This is a great company that supports employees with a very good management team. They take time to ensure that everyone is comfortable and knows what to do. They use a lot of technology to share information. They give some outlets for stress, have awesome HR resources, and work hard to build teams.
Cons
They do not give much time for CSRs to have time away from the daily work to learn new things. However, they are very open to ideas to improve. Can be a stressful job. While it is good to have people know the customer service side of the business first, six months to wait to move to another position seems unusually long.

-They care about the employees and give alot of avenues for self improvement -Management is really good and communication is good
Cons
Sales goals are increased to limit commission. two people were above the sales goals set and they changed the goals because of 2 people and not taking into consideration what the rest of the team averages.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. From our Inside Sales Manager: “We did roll out a new commission plan at the end of January of 2023, in which teams were informed about upcoming changes in November 2022. Yes, the goals were raised by 5% however the payout increased from 2% to a 5% payout. We actually increased the commission payout and a training session was provided to explain these changes and have questions answered. We are on track to have over 80% of the team earning commissions on the new plan, similar to the prior plan.” Please reach out and discuss any ongoing questions you may have with your supervisor or Inside Sales Manager. We appreciate your commitment to Delta Defense.

Great core values but not followed ..
Nov 25, 2022 - Customer Engagement Phone AdvisorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There isn't too many that I can think of other than decent pay.
Cons
The core values are not followed. The company looks great from the outside in. Once you are inside, you are constantly slandered by QA cards. Your QA scorecard depends on the QA person doing the review and how they are feeling for that day. There is no opportunity to move into another department unless you threaten to quit. All of a sudden opportunities magically appear. Most of the opportunities are for people working at HQ in West Bend. The remote workers are very rarely promoted.
