      Pros

      Interesting work. This company can be an opportunity to learn, no matter your level of experience. The company also occasionally provides educational or instructional opportunities which can be a benefit to an employees career.

      Cons

      If projects slow down, layoffs begin. This can happen with little or no notice. Establishment of a long career may not be an option unless the employee is willing to leave the employ of the company and return at a later date.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
