Pros

The money is great once you're making sales.

Cons

They tell you to go out and sell to businesses, but they don't train you on how to do it. The successful people just do the same thing over and over and beat to death the same types of industries. The meetings are cult-like with silly rituals.

Great work / life balance, phenomenal health insurance benefits, supportive management, team mentality

Cons

I don't like the new 4 day in office mandate but it's fine.

Higher up management expects so much out of you. Keeps asking for more and more responsibility without a pay raise.
