Pros
Staff level employees really care and do a great job.
Cons
Angela Beaudry regional human resource manager does a really bad job, does nothing really, had her perform couple investigations and she did nothing, I provided facts and proof and witness's and she didn't talk or follow up on any of it and turned on me because I actually spoke up. She just didn't want to have to do her job.
