Work life balance is terrible. Management is completely out of touch with reality. The culture is just that... very cultish. There is nothing down to earth regarding the people who make decisions in the facility. To the ones who are delusional regarding their abilities/policies, just be confident in your delusion and you will go very far. Speaking the truth and being honest in this facility is extremely discouraged in the most passive aggressive manner possible. If you are an expert in corporate double-speak, then this is the place for you.
