      -Great corporate culture -Company is well structured -Offers retirement plan

      Cons

      -Salaries are not keeping up with the industry. VERY low comparatively. -(sorta) RTO mandate. This is the biggest downside. There is no reason whatsoever a developer needs to be in the office 3-5 days a week. Its wasteful.
