Pros

Nice campus with multiple activities for you to engage in. Walking path around the back side of the building which circles the courtyard. Courtyard has lots of seating and space for outdoor activities which overlook the lake. Inside there are several choices for eating, snack/juice bar, cafe serving Starbucks and a large cafeteria with lots of choices.

Cons

The organization boasts about being a culturally diverse workplace supporting equality, etc. etc. Not so fair and equal when women are compensated 10-12% less than their male counterparts. There is open discrimination between leadership and subordinates and when it gets called out it gets swept under the rug. The adage that HR works for the company could not be more true here, so don't waste your breath because when you open your mouth you immediately become a "problem" which needs dealt with. Empowerment in roles simply doesn't exist, years of experience and qualifications are easily dismissed and it is openly communicated that you are easily replaceable. Progression only happens if you have a true sponsor who is willing to "drag" i mean push you along with them. My advice, move on!
