      Cons

      • Leadership is dominated by politics with little regard for employees and everyone is fighting for their roles • Culture feels cold and transactional – you are treated like just a number • High-pressure environment with no clear direction or long-term structure • The new CEO has not inspired confidence and has created further uncertainty • Very little empathy, support, or genuine care for staff wellbeing

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
