      no need to do overtime reliably pays salary work language is English

      Cons

      due to the bad company performance there are cost cuts and layoffs everywhere. the worries due to this felt daily. high mgmt's main task is to save their ass and point to somewhere else.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
