      Good Technology, good quality control , best quality mobile phone , Jormo Ollia CEO should come back to lead the company.

      Very conservative , lost the market. It had touch screen technology about 20 years ago but fear to use it and not willing to take any risk so door wide open for Apple ...

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
