      Pros

      Big and safe company which still have a lot of workers in Finland. Flexible working hours. Many local special hoppy club benefits.

      Cons

      Quite low basic salary. Have to be in be on call duty and do some over hours before poor salary increase acceptable level.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
