      Pros

      Work-life balance is very well maintained and one of the primary cultural drivers at the company. Very intelligent colleagues in general, willing to step in and work on common projects and solutions.

      Cons

      Consensus-building culture can be taken too far, making decision-making difficult. Strategically, lost its way for the past couple of years.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
