Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, a little expensive. Fantastic group of doctors and providers serving the community with top quality care. Flexible schedules for the most part. I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with on a daily basis. They prefer to promote from with in the company, so there’s always room for growth.
Cons
Management seems more concerned with their numbers and metrics than their staff. Upper management gets big bonuses for all their “hard work” while the guys on the ground barely get raises, let alone bonuses for busting butt during the pandemic. We’re all short staffed, underpaid, and overworked with little effort being put into hiring or relief.
