Flexible time line, manage your own markets and knowledge on the things you are handling.

Cons

Like target was raised wrongly without letting us know and was submitted and the paid out was short changed. There a contract for us to sign,to allow us to know what our quarterly target is like and also a "promise" from company that they won't change the target after signing but who knows it was changed as and when our numbers is higher than the target they gave us. Upon up-selling our products and listed as "Blue Bird" deals but the true define of "Blue Bird" is the deal falls from the sky without working on it but they have unofficial list it any deals that hits above 60% of your target are called " Blue Bird" and they removed everything from it but still billed our client on the total amount we closed. Many promise can't be trust from the upper management, they want numbers we show them, they short changed us. No number they blamed us. They are just covering their own tittle by penalty us, It takes three months for them to know that target was wrongly set? after we are about to close our quarter and changed our target during the lasts minutes which affect our commission.

Pros

If you don’t want to advance your career it’s a good place to be.

Cons

There are no raises for employees regardless of performance. There’s a high turnover with counselor and admin positions
