    no work/life balance, feel obligated to be attached to phone. currently merging with GE PS to form a new company, Field Core and there is a lot of uncertainly about the future structure

    better communication on company changes, promote work/life balance, more equality and less "good ole boy" network

    Travel is great. 6 months paid time off, just have to attend weekly conference calls

    Picking up the slack from other team members that weasel their way out of every job and they get passed onto you.
