With all of the economic uncertainty in 2020, the executive team decided to preserve all jobs across the company. To ensure that the company still met its financial goals, the most highly paid folks took a temporary reduction in salary. And we had full transparency throughout the year about the company's performance relative to the plan. The feelings of solidarity this created throughout the company was amazing. This anecdote encapsulates all that I appreciate InsideView's culture. The feeling of taking care of one another extends from our employees to our customers as well. We view each customer relationship as a partnership and ensure that customers are getting full value for the products. I appreciate being part of an organization that delivers truly useful products that drive ROI for our customers.

Cons

Working from home is the norm now, and I miss the in-person conversations, but this is true for most companies in the SF Bay Area and beyond.
