I worked at Novabase full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some projects are interesting, people working there (at a peer level) are great
They do a lot of internal events, and you can learn a lot if you have the time to show up

    Cons

At the end of the day you are a piece of meat sold to the higher bidder, as with any other consultant company
If you good at your job, you will probably stuck at your current project until it's over

I worked at Novabase full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good bonding with co-workers. It is best to work for an internal project at headquarters than to work for a client.

    Cons

If you are working on a client, you are treated as an outsourced resource. Not much relation with Novabase apart from some meetings with your manager and team at the client and some team building activities.
Not much training provided for people working in the clients. Better to work on a house project at headquarters.
You have to provide expenses to complement the salary with business expenses.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent with the team about the negotiations and relation with the clients.
Provide more feedback to employees, not just a yearly meeting.

I have been working at Novabase full-time (More than 10 years)

Very good company to get experience.
