      The work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      If you are from management, financial or any other area other than informatics, you will have difficulties finding a job that suits you.;
      Few projects for you to fit in.

      Salary could be better, our effort is not always recognised, some projects with a lot of management people and lack of dev
