I applied online and then within about 2-3 weeks after applying through Handshake at my college
I got a video interview
video interview with behavioral questions such as why aetna, times i dealt with conflict, etc
I played email tag with HR recruiter a few times. I was asked for my availability for an interview. I gave six different times/days over the next week. Never heard back.
