I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association
Interview
Interview process began with a bizarre video interview, having me answer questions appearing on my screen that were then recorded. Then, there was a 1/2 hour interview with hiring manager. Why so short after having to take a day off of work was beyond me. Lastly, there was a panel of interviewers. Nice people, but they all had scripted questions they didn't ever veer from. I'm sure the questions were a directive from AHA. In my opinion, not the best way to get to know a candidate. Then, they required 5 references, as if I was applying for some sort of high-security governmental position. In the end, left feeling uneasy about the organization, which was why I wasn't too upset that i didn't get an offer.

I interviewed at American Heart Association (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
My interview process was very quick and accelerated. I quickly received a response from the local team regarding my application and was scheduled for an initial, in person interview that next week. I quickly proceeded to 2 virtual interviews with other members of the regional team. Each interview was very thorough and reflected the priorities of each of the team members I interviewed with. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get a good glimpse into the company, the role and the culture. I felt like everyone was direct and candid and wanted to make sure I fully understand the role and the expectations of the company.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Overall the process was thorough but drawn out. It started with a video interview, followed by a call with a recruiter, and then two zoom interviews with the hiring manager and various other team members. I applied in early March and it took almost a month to be contacted for the video interview and each interview after that was spaced at least 2 weeks apart. The interviewers were very warm and welcoming and asked thought provoking questions.

Applied online in their platform. About a week later received an invitation for a one-way video interview that had to be completed within 4 days. A week after that, received a phone interview request with a recruiting director, then the following week did an interview with the Executive Director and VP for Communications for the region. Received a decision two business days later.
