Interview
Initially, I had to take an assessment test, which analyzed my performance and make suggestions about my current capabilities.
Next was a Phone interview, approximately 45 minutes.
Brief intro from my side followed by going through the resume. Then a discussion about the PhD, it's work and outcomes. Finally some questions from my side.

What value did your PhD add to the knowledge base?
Said I wasn’t qualified for an entry level position when I had more years than required. They where slow to get back to me and would say I’d be a fit for a lower level.
Offline tests (approximately 1 hour)
Telephone interview (approximately 20 minutes)
In-person interview (approximately 6 hours)
The position wasn’t a perfect fit for me, so I didn’t receive an offer. However, everyone was very professional, and I really liked the organization.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews, first interview was easy with some of general question related to Human resources.
The second round was more difficult. There are 5 people in the room with a lot of brain burning questions. They requires much experiences and knowledge on that field.
