I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond in Aug 2017
Interview
Very easy. Interviewed with store manager and heard back from her on the same day. I had come in to drop my resume in person; manager had a chat with me just to see if I would be a potential fit. She arranged a day to have a 1:1 interview with me. Basic typical interview questions were asked, got an offer the same day.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What would you do if you saw a coworker doing something unethical?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
