Interview
The recruiter team was very friendly, fast response, and felt very supportive throughout the recruiting process, however, the entire process was 8 months long, not sure what was going on internally. 1st round: phone screening - behavioral questions/ 2nd round: Assessment day (4 hours), group exercise with other candidates, meeting with managers. It was unique, fun, and challenging. Seems to have a cool culture, I would have accepted the offer if the base salary wasn't that low.

Question 1
Tell me a time you handle multiple deadlines/ A time when you lead a team to achieve a goal/ A time you handle a team conflict
Short and straightforward two interviews: one phone screen with the recruiter and the next one is with the sales manager of your territory. It was a quick turnaround for them to let me know where I stood in the process.
Full interview day (with 3 group based tasks) and a solo 30 min presentation at the end. Group tasks included an outbound cold call and some strategic work. There were 24 candidates in total
