The worst unprofessional interview ever faced in my 20+ years of experience. 2 people were supposed to interview. One interviewer didn't turn-up till 35 minutes past the interview start time. 1 interviewer makes me sit in a room and goes for a cup of coffee and returns 10 minutes past the interview start time. 1st Interviewer leaves the interview after 20 minutes stating he/she has a call leaving to the 2nd interviewer who has just come into the room. After 10 minutes, second interviewer waved "bye" by stating he/she needs to attend another call. My interview was over in 45 minutes. Result, I declined to talk to them further due to their unprofessional behavior. In fact, 2nd interviewer was very racial and even stated he/she prefers to hire "White" guys.
