The interview is easy, they ask you typical customer service questions, such as how you would deal with a difficult case, as well as questions on your typing and phone skills.
- How would you handle an upset guest that has missed their show?

I attended the job fair at the Boulevard Mall Las Vegas NV today. 07/19 it was around 1030am. I was there to inquire about a beverage position with the company the women ( no name tag) facing the exit door with long black hair slim face was very rude as if she couldn't be bothered while she had no one in front of her she was definitely not overwhelmed. Im sure we all know to apply online. I would have rather seen a sign that said apply online then to have had made any contact with this person. I don't know why caesars would send someone out to represent a company with such a bad attitude. I was there to meet face to face with employer's to possibly have a opportunity to work for this company and get my name out there. I would suggest Caesar's start spot lighting these people to find out who you really have working for you. One miserable women spreading her misery.

Pretty standard. Called to set up the interview. Did a zoom interview which lasted about 45 minutes. They then called immediately to schedule a second panel zoom interview which lasted about an hour. Things seemed fine but I was ghosted- just completely unprofessional

It went well. Very thorough and transparent throughout the process. Everyone was very kind and welcoming while interviewing. It seems like they are doing exciting work there. Interview went smooth.
- Tell us about yourself and previous role?

1. Screen with HR recruiter 2. Technical interview 3. Final interviews - mix of behavioral and technical While the screen with the HR recruiter went well, they had many candidates in the pipeline moving into the 2nd round. My application was bumped to various teams seeking a POL. I was never scheduled for a 2nd round interview though was informed of moving forward with three different teams; the positions were filled before the interviews were scheduled. The HR recruiter was very knowledgeable about each team's needs and goals, which was helpful to understand what a day in the life of the role(s) might be and what skills were required to be successful.
- Give an example of working across teams in an agile environment.

It was a multi stage interview including a written test, standard interview and mock trial interview. The written test was on an information packet that was over 100 pages but I personally believe that not all of the information covered in the exam is necessary for the position.
- List what tv shows Gordon Ramsay was on. When did Gordon Ramsay open his first restaurant?

I applied online. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment
Group interview. At less than 10 questions were asked. Some questions are for individuals and some for groups. Pretty easy process. If you are asked to step outside then you go to the second round.
- What you did do to make a great customer service experience? How you handle difficult people?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Orlando, FL
I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Orlando, FL)
3 step process . First step recruiter call . Second step technical round . Third step 5 hour interview with the team. I made it to second round. The interview was poorly done. Lasted less than 20 minutes. Was not given the opportunity to really share my experience or knowledge and the interviewer decided to pass.
