Capital Group Contract Software Engineer / Data Engineer interview questions

Capital Group treats contractors very differently than their employees. You can tell right away because they typically don't even bother to go on video during the interview process even though the candidate is on camera. That's rather off-putting. Adding to that, they are typically working during the interview and don't really pay attention to what you're doing, even when you're trying to ask for clarification. It's just unprofessional.
