Very straight-forward, behavioral questions. They were the typical, tell me a time when... The main goal was to see how you deal with problems and how you react to different situations. The interviewer was very nice, just didn't seem to give a real fair shot at a career. It was a next day interview after a university career fair.

it was very , all rounds will be taken by client if you are getting hired for client and there will not be any skills level interview with ciber. just a formal discussion with manager.

Horrible - They treat you like cattle. Listen to what others have said, stay away if you value yourself! They rush and rush and rush, and then go completely silent. Be very careful!

Called by ciber hr scheduled interview by clent.if they have requirement in clent place ciber wont take interview sends you to client place for interview directly but clent side they ask for different project .through ciber we cannot get long term projects we get only shortterm like 3months
