I was also sent a ProveIt skills test and scored 96% during the week following the phone interview. I returned the phone call about the inperson interview later that day but never heard back from anyone.

Online, healthcare specific questions, three caregivers on the call posing questions. Pretty comfortable process. Department Administrator, supervisor and HR manager interviewing. I was offered another position after the interview. One that paid a bit more.

the first interview was fine. they do a brief shadow afterwards. Hearing back is the problem though, they take forever to schedule the interview and follow up and get back to you about a job offer or not
