First interviewed with a recruiter and some current Implementation Consultants. They had me answer questions in a packet that had a bunch of logic puzzle type questions and then I had a behavioral interview right after. They did ask some technical questions but nothing too difficult. Later on I received a call to interview in Denver. The interview started off with more behavioral questions. The rest was the technical portion of the process. They asked a few coding interview questions and then logic puzzles. The interviewer was super nice and respectful and helped out when I was stuck. As others have said, they are not looking for you to just spit out an answer, they are looking to see how you solve problems and how you communicate. I received an offer about a week later and accepted it. This was a great process and every single person I encountered was very nice and helpful.
