I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Sep 2020
Interview
First round :
Pretty easy, ask you to explain a credit card to a child.
Write a pseudo code function to get a prime number.
After that had a 3 hour interview with a couple of employees and the recruiter. You take. A 30 min 30 question logical test. Apparently average is around 16-17/30 and I got a 24, but that didn’t help I guess.
You do some riddles and behavior questions. Scenarios when you need to deal with a hard client etc.
After the 3 hour test they said they would reach out to me within 2 weeks. Reached out 9 days later. I’m honestly super confused, I felt I did really well and through I was going to get an offer. Unfortunately, I didn’t. after all the time that goes into preparing for the interview, they will give you ZERO feedback as to why you weren’t chosen which is especially frustrating.
