Very friendly and willing to give hours if needed & nice staff, customers nice & sometimes compliment you for helping them, you might get two breaks if they see you are working hard on your hours
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.

Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
