I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Istanbul) in Jan 2020
Interview
I passed all the stages phone interview , exam etc. For the last interview I was gonna meet with one of the managers. I interview with a Turkish artificial intelligence manager. He was relax and I was relax. I worked abroad before. he asked me do I thing to go abroad again I said yes in a few years. The interview finished he didn’t say any negative things. He said nice to meet you see you etc. He played like everything is cool.
Then I talked with her for the result. The result was negative I said why. The reason they don’t want me is I am gonna go abroad in few years. Until the manager interview, everything was fine. Wtf they think I’m gonna work there for all my life, of course, I am gonna leave in few years.
When you interview just say what they want to hear. Lie all say I want to retire here.
All interview process wasn’t professional.

The company requires long working hours. How do you feel about this?
It went smooth, 2 OA, 1 HR Call, 1 Technical Call, 1 Manager Call. All went well, they ask based on your title and field. SO get prepared for what you are applying for like which position you know.
