Interview
The HR firstly lets me introduce my research during my Ph.D. I gave a talk on what I have done for about 15 min. Then he asked some questions about the applications and the models of my work. Then the second round we've met a senior manager (or leader?), who talked a lot about our passion, value, and our thoughts about career, all stuff like that. Then after a week, I got the offer from the company.
It was good and online, the instructor was very good in comminitication and regardless of the answers it was a good experience overall. I recommend to try your chance to enter this company
