Processo totalmente automatizado sem nenhum contato com qualquer profissional de RH, foi enviado diversos emails pedindo para preencher formulários e para um teste no hackerrank. No momento que fui realizar o teste deu um erro dizendo que eu já havia realizado o teste e não podia ser feito novamente. Entrei em contato com o suporte do hackerrank mas disseram que não podiam me ajudar e depois uma pessoa do RH da IBM pelo Linkedin mas fui ignorado. Acabou que depois chegou um email da IBM me removendo do processo.

The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
