I applied online. I interviewed at Ipsos in Aug 2012
Interview
After successful phone and two in-person interviews I was denied the job. The initial HR director recommended me for another more market research role, which I applied and was never contacted. No hard feelings though. I imagine it would be a great company to work for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Jan 2017
Interview
Quite standard for the job title. To be mentioned that the process was quite straight forward and fast.
The process phases were: HR screening, Local Management interviews, Global Manager interview.
Most of the interviews sessions were 1:1 which I found useful.
