I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (New York, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
First a phone screening with an HR rep, then an in-person interview in the format of 2:1. Followed by phone interviews with three more people on the team. Was told there would be a fourth interview had I gotten to that point.
Never heard another word after the phone interviews. Tried getting in touch with HR and the hiring manager but was ignored. Completely unprofessional, albeit not uncommon.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Lagos)
Interview
It is a live assessment, mostly on general maths, and an interview with key stakeholders. It was smooth and they all seem nice. It is one of my smoothest interviews.
I had two interviews, one HR call, and one-panel interview with a manager and a director. If pass the panel interview then I could get the offer. I Have a good experience overall, but they ghost me and nobody replies to my follow-up email. I feel this is very unprofessional.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ipsos (Troy, MI) in Mar 2024
Interview
There were 4 interviews, with 1 having a PowerPoint/Excel test. Interviews were with 1 on 1 and interviewed with all the members of the team including my 2 bosses. The process was kind of long from start to finish but overall a good experience.
