Had a meeting with the brokers, super nice and comfortable surroundings. Employees nice and willing to answer questions. The office was laid back, plenty of work space. Explained how the commission works and other details of the job.

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
