There is a 3 Step Process which includes a phone interview, a standardized test, and a video interview via Zoom. Then they are willing to pay for your education if you would like to pursue Real Estate.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
