Merkle Graduate PPC Associate interview questions

I was firstly invited in a video interview. It was a very typical first interview with questions about my background, why PPC and just 1 technical question about campaign metrics. I was then invited to a face to face interview which also involved an ice-break presentation and a group work. I am not sure that these guys know what they look for! The face to face interview was kind of technical one and it was just for 5-7 minutes! I was asked 5 questions and 2 of them have already been asked in the video interview so I felt like I say the same things! The ice break presentation was useless with questions that no one cares about! A fun fact about you, someone that would like to meet, just to name a few. The last part for the group work was about surviving a plane crash in an island, putting from 1-10 the most important things that we should have with us - nothing difficult but you need to speak out! I felt like they look for people with great attitude and communication skills rather than good knowledge for PPC, which is quite sad!
