The first part was to submit an application through the website. Application was pretty standard - basic information, project and work experience, resume, cover letter, etc. Not long after I received an email to set up a phone interview. The next week I had the phone interview. The interviewer was patient and friendly. Questions asked included future plans/goals, interests, behavioral cases and technical questions. The "technical" questions asked were not very technical (may differ for other positions) and were more focused on your thought process. They were not so much to see what you knew about a topic but how you analyze or think about a problem. As typically suggested, think out loud and explain everything that you are thinking. After completing the phone interview, I received an email after 2 weeks stating that I had received the position.
