Interview
Had an on-campus interview, and the interviewer said that the final candidates would be flown to New York the following week. I know a candidate who received a rejection email and another who ultimately got an offer, but I never heard anything.
The interview process is set up to last about a month, with 3 rounds of interviews. First one being a phone screening, second a video chat, and the third is in person. They are very transparent and between the first and the second interview you must take a fit-test.
