4 rounds- 3 technical and 1 managerial. Rounds were pretty comfortable. I was asked based on my experience and design choices. There was a system design question and a coding question as well. A little bit of low level design question were also involved.
I was interviewed by 2 Enterprise Architects but the job was not something I got from HR. I was not prepared at all, but due to my 20 years practical experience, there is no problem for me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Bengaluru) in May 2024
Interview
The interview consisted of three technical rounds, one Director-level round, one VP-level round, one HR round, and one online test.
I did very well in all the technical rounds.
During each round, the interviewers asked me whether I had come through a referral, which made me realize how important referrals can be.
I told them that I had applied online.

Question 1
The first technical round focused entirely on system design, along with one problem related to HashMap.The second technical round was centered around Spring and core Java concepts. The third round involved a few coding practice questions and one problem to solve. The Director-level round was completely behavioral. In director round asked about my expected salary. The VP-level round was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. All the rounds went well. The HR round was a bit unusual. The HR seemed partially sleepy during the conversation—she yawned in between questions, then suddenly woke up and asked for clarity on my answers. She asked about AI-related I realised she doen't have any understanding about AI. The online question was one medium and other above medium level. All completed after a week I called recruiter , The way he speaks almost confirm the offer and a week later recruiter updated they stop proceeding this process and he ask me how the HR interview went??
