Interview
Applied online and a recruiter reached out. We were able to connect on the phone to discuss the role and alignment. Before ending the call, the recruiter mentioned that I’d be hearing back from them next week and we discussed the next steps in the interview process.
I followed up with the recruiter about a week later, no response.
Seems like most people get ghosted. Never had this experience with another company before.

Tell me about your past experience
What made you choose PlayStation
There are 4 rounds of interviews in total. One with the recruiter. One with the hiring manager. Three on-site interviews with a senior PM, senior designer, program manager and engineer.
The interview process was friendly and professional. Few steps with onboarding session and a meeting with relevant experts. Although the outcome was negative, feedback came quickly and included helpful, relevant links for further learning and self-improvement.

I had 5 separate interviews to get this job, with a 2 week wait in between. The interviews were very informal and simple, i did have to chase the internal recruiter often to get feedback or to know whats next
