Progressive Insurance Client Service Representative interview questions

After I applied to Progressive, they emailed me a behavioral assessment shortly after. About a day after the first assessment, they emailed me a second assessment that was pretty lengthy and asked math and English questions. Lots of percentages and being able to place the correct English word into a sentence that best matches it's meaning. The next day, they emailed me a Hirevue link where you have about 6 days to answer 8 questions they ask you and record yourself answering them using the STAR method. After submitting my virtual interview, I got a notification telling me it could take anywhere between 7-10 business days to hear back from a recruiter on next steps or rejection. It has been a week now since I submitted my interview and nothing yet.
