Interview
In order to apply you must take an online exam and pass. Once you pass the exam it advised that you may or may not be selected to continue in the process. If you are selected you have to complete a phone interview. It is about an hour long. I was advised on the phone call that they would like for me to complete a video interview. Once I completed the video interview they advised that it would be up to a week to hear something back. I was contacted within 2 days with an offer which I accepted.
I want to advised how clear, open, and honest Progressive was throughout the interview process. They kept their word and were very detailed. I have been in the work field for about 5 years now since I left college and this companies interview process was by far the best I have ever experienced.
