They send an email almost immediately for you to go take an assessment. The assessment goes over your math skills and asks questions about your organization, social, and communication skills etc. After the assessment, if you pass, you then get an email to a hirevue virtual interview that asks behavior questions where using the STAR method is your safest bet. Then you will be invited to a face to face interview, or virtual interview with a two or three of their recruiters.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
