The video recording questions will decide if you will have a real interview or not. If you can't talk in front of a camera then don't even try. For a 50K job, progressive HR has gone nuts to use these controversial inefficient hiring tactics which usually filter talent & experience with how well you speak in front of a camera. Most importantly, I wonder how many candidates' total hours are wasted since hundred of candidates are forced to go through their hiring process & most are not even hired.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
