As mentioned, a 50 minute assessment online. I just took it and haven't heard back. This is definitely a case of hiring in mass. The assessment is basic math (entwined around sales questions), vocab, personality, and a mock customer service call. Was thinking it might get to something related to position on offer, but, alas, I was mistaken. All of these tests have severe deficiencies and are not really a good gauge of anything. It usually is an indication that a company is willing to outsource as much as possible. Based on others' testimony here, there's a second part where you submit video interviews without actually speaking to anyone; that doesn't project a good image of a company who values individuals. Algorithms can't replace people, no matter how hard we wish they would. I just took the assessment last evening, but I get the feeling that this company is only for those who want to follow rules/standards and not really use their brain. Pitty really.
